What times are the cruises ?

In September/October we will be closed Mondays and Fridays. Cruise times will be 11.30am 12.30pm and 2.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Saturday and Sunday. 11.30am 12.30pm 1.30pm 2.30pm 3.30pm and 4.30pm

In Season 29th March – 13th Oct

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 11.30am 12.30pm 2.30pm and 3.30pm Saturday and Sunday. 11.30am 12.30pm 1.30pm 2.30pm 3.30pm and 4.30pm.

Do we need to book ?

No just turn up.

How long does the cruise last ?

The cruise is about 40 minutes subject to river conditions.

What methods of payment do you take ?

We take cash On board.

How much does it cost ?

Prices: £10.00 per Adult £6.00 children (2 to 15 years, under 2 Free) .

Do you have toilets on board ?

No but WC’s are available on site.

How hard is it to get on the boat ?

There are steps with handrails to board the boat making it suitable for all ages , however unfortunately there is no wheelchair access due to the nature of the cruise.

How many passengers can fit on each trip ?

Up to 54 passengers can fit on our Amsterdam style water buses.

Are there any outside seats ?

Yes there are 10 outside seats at the rear of the boat.

What Covid 19 precautions do you take ?

Currently social distancing is in place, face masks must be worn onboard and sanitiser hand wash gel plus wipes are available on board. Between each trip all surfaces are cleaned using disinfected wipes.

Are dogs allowed on board ?

Yes we allow well behaved dogs at a cost £1.50 each.
